The machine is equipped with an automatic bending control system. The touch screen can input mass of data of copper aluminum busbars including nonstandard workpieces. These data can be kept automatically. This control system also can control processing stoke of three working units as well as the power off time of machine.
Three Working Units
1, Cutting
The cutting unit is equipped with a double column structure, making shearing without collapse.
2, Punching
The punching unit equipped a six molds turnplate. It is more convenient for operator and reduce operation error.
3, Bending
The bending unit adopts a closed bending structure, making bending pressure more uniform when do bending and extanding service time. The vertical bending angle in the vertical direction will be same.
