1. Punching unit
Adopt the six-mode tooth turnplate Ensure the upper moulds and lower moulds be absolutely in the centre, improving mould concentricity and extending working life. No need to change moulds frequently.
2. Shearing /Cutting unit
We use the shearing type, the incision is flat, with no droops, no burrs and no waste.
3. Bending unit
The bending unit adopts a closed bending structure, which makes it more uniform during processing horizontal bending and embossing, and improves the repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
