2.Shearing unit
The copper busbar machine utilizes a filing and shearing process to cut materials with a smooth and clean finish, free from waste and burrs. The cutting blade features dual-sided sharpening for enhanced blade life and ease of use. Additionally, the machine is equipped with a positioning stop gauge to ensure precise fabrication for large-scale production.
3.Bending Unit
The copper busbar machine adopts a double-layer workbench which enables three workstations to work simultaneously without interference. The bending unit uses a German Siemens PCL programmer with memory function.
