1. Technical Specification:
For MOTI-30-3NC Model, Max. Processing size is 160*12mm.
For MOTI-50-3NC Model, Max. Processing size is 250*16mm.
For MOTI-80-3NC Model, Max. Processing size is 300*20mm.
2. Bending Unit.
Through the SIMENS CNC system, we can choose the bending shape (Z-shaped bend, U-shaped bend, vertical bend, etc.)
and the bending angle.
3. SIEMENS CONTROL SYSTEM.
(1) This system bends the required angle by inputing the digits of thickness and required angle of copper busbar.
(2) It will automatically bend the copper busbar and return back to its original position without
any additional operation.
4. Cutting Unit.
We use double column shear structure.
This ensures that when shearing and bending are performed at the same time, they will not affect each other.
The shearing position adopts a double pillar structure with flat shears, no waste, no burrs and no collapse feet.
5. Punching Unit.
We use the united Six-mode turnplate in tooth shape.
In this way, the operator will have a better view when punching to confirm the precise position of the punch.
There are 3 punching positioning methods：
（1）Laser pointer.
(2) Coordinate axis positioning.
(3) Positioning pins help to find the center of hole easily in puncher.
6 sets of punching dies install turnplate, no need to change molds frequently.
