Bending Unit.
The bending function of the machine is controlled through the SIEMENS CNC system.
We can select the bending shape (vertical bend, flat bend, Z-shaped bend, U-shaped bend, etc.) on the touch screen,
and then enter the thickness and bending angle of the copper bar to complete the bending work.
Due to the different purity of the copper bars, there may be an error of 1-2 degrees in the bending angle.
We can make adjustments through the system's mold calibration function to achieve the bending effect we need for our work.
Cutting Unit.
The shearing function is performed by two upper and lower shearing knives.
The shearing unit is equipped with X.Y-axis scales for positioning during shearing.
The shearing function can ensure that the copper bar has no burrs or waste after shearing. More beautiful.
Punching dies.
The punching unit of our machine uses a six-station turntable, on which six commonly used punching sizes can be placed.
The mold can be replaced by simply turning the turntable.
It greatly saves the time of replacing the punching dies.
In addition, we can also customize various shapes and sizes such as round holes, oval holes, square holes, rectangles, etc.
according to the customer's work needs.
