Cutting Section:
The cutting function of the machine is located on the left front of the machine.
This ensures that the bending and punching work will not be affected while shearing.
The copper bar can be fixed through the two scales of the X.Y axis to confirm the precise position of the cutting.
The scissors are made of high-hardness steel that has been quenched.
This ensures that the copper bars are neat and clean without burrs after cutting.
Punching Sections:
For the punching unit of MOTI-50-3NC PRO, we use a 6-station turntable.
In this way, the 6 commonly used sizes can be placed on the turntable, saving time on frequent replacement of punching molds and improving punching efficiency.
In addition, regarding punching molds, we can customize the shape and size according to customer requirements.
