This automatic hydraulic busbar bending machine adopts three-in-one constructure, can do shearing bending driling three works. This machine is run by hydraulic pumps with a large power, can do work easily with no waste and saving materials. Whole machine constructure adopts 2.75mm thickness steel tube, high hardness and durable. Two operating methods (manual button and footswitch) can be used. Every working section is equipped with graduated scale, it will be more convenient for user to measure copper busbars.
Working Sections
1, Shearing Section
Shearing station with thwarted scissors, can cut with no burrs and waste.
2, Punching Section
Adopts a turnplate with six tooths, no require to change punching dies frequently.
3, Bending Section
Can do flat/vertical/twisting bending, also can do pressing of cables and processing of copper bars for manufacturer of low and medium voltage switchgears.
