MOTI 50-3NC Busbar Cutting Bending Punching Machine
Our CNC busbar processing machine has three functions: Shear/cutting, bending, and punching. The machine has three motors and three functions that can work at the same time.
Will largely improve work efficiency.
The max thickness and width are up to 16 mm and 250mm

Bus bar Shearing/Cutting function
The cutting function adopts double-column shearing dies, and the incision interface is flat, with no waste, burrs and droop.
Two operation ways :
A: Use the buttons on the panel to operate: the upper blade will go down or go up when you push the corresponding button. And the upper blade will stop at that point after you release the button.
B: Use the foot switch of the cutting/shearing unit to operate: The upper blade will return to the top dead centre automatically after the machine reached the lower limit switch. If you release the foot switch halfway down, it will also return to the top dead centre automatically
Bus bar Punching functions
The punching unit is an integral six-mode turnplate, which ensures the upper and lower moulds are absolutely in the centre. There is no need to change the mould frequently， to improve efficiency.
Two operation ways ：
A: Use buttons on the punching unit panel to operate: The upper punching die will go down or go up when you push the corresponding button. And the punching head will stop at that point when you release the button. (7) When punching, the busbar shall be placed steady, in order to be punched smoothly.
B: Use the foot switch of the punching unit to operate: The upper punching die will return to the top dead centre automatically after the machine reached the lower limit switch. If you release the foot switch halfway down, it will also return to the top dead centre automatically.
Bus bar Bending(automatic) functions
The Bending unit adopts a closed bending structure, which makes it more uniform during processing horizontal bending and embossing and improves the repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
Three operation ways: A: Use the foot switch to operate B: Use the panel buttons to operate C: Use the touch screen to operate
You can switch between “Manual control” & “Automatic control ”, “Limit Bending” & “Angle bending” by clicking the touch screen in “Operation Control”. For vertical bend and embossing, you should always choose the "Limit Bending " control mode.
