CNC copper busbar processing machine is a economical busbar processing machine. There are three kinds of working sections in this equipment, cutting, punching and bending. And every section can work independently without bothering each other, improving working efficiency. In the hydraulic system, there are nine kinds of seal rings, can avoid the oil leakage and dust entry. In the bending section, can process nonstandard workpiece. Working sections
1, Cutting
In the cutting section adopts a shearing station with double column structure. The shearing preformance without scrap.
2, Punching
In the punching section, adopts a six-mold turnplate, can install six mold once, no need to change punching dies frequently and reduce the error caused by changing molds. This also make a good view for operator.
3, Bending
The bending section has one 17'' color touch screen. Only need to input the data of copper busbars, can get a required bending angle. This control system has a memory function, if not revise processing parameters, it will achieve automatic bending processing according to previous data.
