Main functions
1. Bend unit
The system bends the required angle by inputting the thickness of the copper bus and the number of the required angle. It will automatically bend the copper bus and return to its original position without any additional operation.
2. Punch unit
-We use a six-die tooth turntable to ensure that the upper die and the lower die are absolutely in the center while improving the concentricity of the die and extending its service life.
-Punching mould / Shearing mould material: Cr12MoV (chromium 12 molybdenum vanadium)
-There are 8 sets of punching dies are included in the machine purchase price, it's free.

3. Cutting/Shearing unit
