Main Features:
(1) Punching unit
1. uses a united six-mode turn plate in tooth shape so no need to frequently change moulds, labor intensity is highly reduced.
(2) Shearing unit:
1. The shearing station adopts double column shearing structure, and the shearing force is stable and uniform;
2. With A pair of sharp scissors + polyurethane pad, the finished workpiece has a smooth cut, no waste, no burrs, and no sag.
(3)Bending unit:
CNC PLC control system, just input an angle on the touch screen, and it can be bent automatically.
