This is our MOTI-50-3NC Hydraulic Busbar Processing Machine 16mm 250mm has three units: punching shearing and bending. It is easy to adjust each unit to shorten the processing time and improve production efficiency.
The bending unit uses the imported PLC control system, which has a stable system and high precision. It is used to process copper and aluminium busbars with different specifications. By relative operation unit, it can and quickly do all kinds of processing to copper and aluminium Busbar, such as shearing, punching(circular hole and oblong hole), flat/Vertical bending and knurling.

1. Shearing functions
Shearing/Cutting section
Adopt the shearing type, the incision is flat, with no droops, no burrs and no waste.
2. Punching functions
Adopt the six-mode tooth turnplate Ensure the upper moulds and lower moulds be absolutely in the centre,
Improving mould concentricity and extending working life. No need to change moulds frequently, improving work efficiency.
3. Bending functions
The bending section is controlled by the Siemens CNC control system from GERMANY, You only need to enter the required bending angle and busbar sizes, and the machine will automatically process.
Packing and shipment:
1. Firstly, the machine must be packed with a plastic sheet.
2. Secondly, the machine must be packed in a wooden case.
3. Third, we make the mark outside, it's easy to find.
