The manual busbar bending shearing punching machine is combined with three working stations. It is compact and economical. Three working units can proceed processing at the same time or proceed any single processing once time. The bending unit adopts angle reference representation to balance bending. It is different from automatic bending. Double-layer workbench make the processing of three units without mutual interference.
Three Working Units
1, Cutting
Double Column Shearing Structure make shear pressure uniform during shearing. The shearing effect has no collapse and scrap.
The polyurethane pad acts as a good buffer for shearing. The shearing perfermance is better.
2, Punching
The punching is equipped with an united turret with six mode, only turn the turret when punching and no need to exchange punching dies.
This constructure inproves a good view for the operator.
3, Bending
The bending unit adopts a closed constructure, more durable and makes uniform bending pressure. The vertical and downward angle is same during bending.
