The manual busbar machine has three rangs of processing size, 12mm x 160mm, 16mm x 250mm, and 20mm x 300mm. Every kinds of machine is equipped with three motors and three pumps, surpporting the processing sections can do work at the same time. The molds adopts Cr12Mov steel materials, increased toughness and wear resistance of steel and lengthened the lifetime of molds. The main construction of machine body adopts 2.75mm thick-walled square tube, lengthening the service life. This manual busbar machine has a longer service life than a troditional manual busbar machine. Whole machine can be used for more than 8 years.

This unit adopts a double column structure. Shearing interface are smooth with no burrs and scrap.

This working unit adopt three kinds of punching positioning, punching positioning pin, coordinate axis positioning and laser positioning pointer.
These will improve the accuracy of punching pointer.
3, Bending Unit
This unit adopts a manual control system to control bending precision. By changing different molds to get different bending preformance.
