Hydraulic manual busbar machine is run by hydraulic system. Every processing section is equipped with footswitch and manual botton. Only to press corresponding buttons and footswitch can proceed required processing. Three working sections adopt #45 forging materials, high hardness and wear-resistant, lengthening service life. The punching section adopt a turnplate with six molds, can install six molds once time. No need to often change the punching dies.

Three Working Sections
1, Shearing
The sheaing station adopts double pillar structure with flat shears and can shear with no scrap, saving materails and reduce the rework rate largely.
2, Punching
The punching station has three punching postioning methods, laser positioning, punching postioning pin and coordinate axis positioning.
3, Bending
The bending station adopts a closed bending structure, make keep consistent top and bottom in the upper and the lower of bending of copper busbars.
This constructure enhanced the stability of constructure and keep bending unit longer service life.
