Three Processing Units
1, Cutting
This unit adopts a vertical construture and frustrated shearing blades. Shearing is simple and convenient. Shearing face has no burrs and no droop.
2, Punching
This punching unit adopts a six mode turret that can be turned, only need to turn this turret can switch required punching dies. It is very convenient, no need to install dies frequently. Also provides a good view for operator.
3, Bending
The bending unit is equipped with a closed bending structure, only need install required bending mold, can got required bending processing. The bending precision is ±1°. It is situable of series processing.
This unit can finish other processing by changing mold. Such as embossing, crimping of cable ends, twisting, etc.
