Three Fabrication Units Of The Machine
1. CUT
Double column shear structure make shearing prssure uniform with no collapse.
The construction provide a good view for shearing.
2. PUNCH
The punch unit is designed with united six-mode turnplate. Easy to switch punching dies quickly and exchanging dies, reducing punching pause time.
And also the upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the center, reducing punching error.
3. BEND
The bending unit adopts pulling wire method to control bending stroke. The worker need to control bending limite position to ensure accurate bending degree.
