1. Hygiene: During the operation of the busbar processing machine, if dust, water stains and other sundries enter the motor, a short-circuit medium will be formed, which can destroy the insulation layer of the wire, resulting in short-circuit between turns, increased current, and increased temperature. Burning destroys the motor. Because of this, dust, water stains and other debris should be avoided from entering the motor. At the same time, the outside of the motor should be cleaned frequently. Do not let dust and other debris in the heat dissipation ribs of the motor to ensure that the heat dissipation state of the motor is unpleasant. satisfy.


2. Frequent inspection: carefully check the busbar processing machine for vibration, noise and abnormal smell. During the operation of the motor of the busbar processing machine, especially the high-power motor, it is necessary to check whether the anchor screws, the motor end cover, the bearing gland, etc. are loose, and whether the grounding device is reliable. If it is found that the motor oscillation is intensified, the noise increases and the peculiar smell is revealed, it is necessary to speed up the shutdown as much as possible, and check the clear end to eliminate the fault.


Soak the bearing in kerosene for 5-10 minutes, hold the inner ring with one hand, and change the outer ring with the other hand, the dry oil or anti-rust paste on the bearing will fall off. Then put the busbar processing machine bearing into relatively clean kerosene, rinse it with a fine and soft brush, clean the oil stains in the ball and the gap, and then put it in gasoline to clean it once, take it out and put it on clean paper . When cleaning the radial spherical ball bearing and the short cylindrical roller bearing, the ball, the ball carrier, the inner ring and the outer ring should be separated and cleaned. The cleaning of the bearing installed on the busbar processing machine shaft mainly depends on spraying oil or spraying with an oil gun. The easiest way to clean the oil stains is to use kerosene first and then gasoline; for the oil stains that are difficult to clean, first rinse with 100-200 ℃ hot oil or spray with oil gun, and then use gasoline to clean. We must pay attention not to scratch the bearing with sharp objects: hard grease or rust, to avoid damage to the smoothness of the bearing rolling body and groove ring, and dry the cleaned bearing with a clean cloth.

3. Maintain the working current of the busbar processing machine: the motor will be reprinted and run due to excessive load, low voltage or mechanical stagnation. Because of this, during the operation of the motor, it is necessary to always check whether the transmission is flexible and reliable; whether the concentricity of the coupling is standard; the flexibility of the gear transmission, etc., if it is found to be stuck, it should be stopped immediately to remove the fault. run again.

It is often checked whether the contactor contacts, coil cores, and various wiring screws are reliable, and whether the mechanical parts are flexible, so as to maintain a satisfactory technical condition, so as to ensure that the motor does not encounter difficulties and is not burned and destroyed.


5. Whether the temperature and temperature rise of the busbar processing machine are too high.


It is necessary to frequently check whether the motor bearing is overheated and lack of oil. If it is found that the temperature rise near the bearing is too high, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. Whether there are cracks, scratches or defects on the surface of the bone and raceway of the bearing, whether the bearing gap is too large, whether the inner ring rotates on the shaft, etc. If the phenomenon mentioned above is revealed, be sure to update the bearing.


6. Always check whether the three-phase current of the motor of the busbar processing machine is balanced.


For three-phase induction motors, the difference between the three-phase current and the average value of one-phase current and other two-phase currents is not allowed to exceed 10, which can ensure the safe operation of the motor. If it exceeds, it indicates that the motor is faulty, and it should be checked to remove the fault before running.
