5. Whether the temperature and temperature rise of the busbar processing machine are too high.
It is necessary to frequently check whether the motor bearing is overheated and lack of oil. If it is found that the temperature rise near the bearing is too high, it should be stopped immediately for inspection. Whether there are cracks, scratches or defects on the surface of the bone and raceway of the bearing, whether the bearing gap is too large, whether the inner ring rotates on the shaft, etc. If the phenomenon mentioned above is revealed, be sure to update the bearing.
6. Always check whether the three-phase current of the motor of the busbar processing machine is balanced.
For three-phase induction motors, the difference between the three-phase current and the average value of one-phase current and other two-phase currents is not allowed to exceed 10, which can ensure the safe operation of the motor.
