The short cylindrical roller bearing should also be cleaned when cleaning. The rollers, ball carrier, inner and outer rings should be disengaged. During hot oil cleaning, the temperature of the oil should not exceed 20°C. If direct heating with an open flame, attention should be paid to avoid burning the oil. The bearing should be suspended in the oil pan and sinking to the bottom will cause overheating and reduce hardness.

When cleaning radial spherical ball bearings and short cylindrical roller bearings, the balls, the ball carrier, the inner ring and the outer ring should be separated and cleaned. The cleaning of the bearings installed on the shaft of the busbar processing machine mainly depends on the method of spraying oil or spraying with an oil gun. For the oil that is simply cleaned, first use kerosene and then gasoline; for the oil that is difficult to clean, use 100-200 ℃ first. Hot oil rinse or oil gun spray, then gasoline cleaning. We must pay attention not to scratch the bearing with sharp objects: hard grease or rust, to avoid damage to the smoothness of the bearing rolling body and groove ring, and dry the cleaned bearing with a clean cloth.
