The Main Functions
1, CUT
The cut unit is equipped with two column construction that is fixed with two nuts.
This structure can generate huge pressure by matching hydraulic group. The sheared busbar has no collapse and burrs, reducing material waste.
2, PUNCH
The punch unit is equipped with a six mold turnplate with tooth shape. Every mold position is equipped with differents punching dies.
The construction can improve punch die concentricity, extending punch die life. Meanwhile, it saves frequency and time of exchanging punching dies.
3, BEND
The bend unit is a closed bending structure. The operator can bend different shapes busbars by replacing different bending molds.
The whole bending angle calculation is finished by an automatic bending system. No need human calculation, reducing operation error.
