Our CNC 3 In 1 busbar processing machine is controlled by hydraulic system. The max. thickness and width of the machine is 16mm x 250mm, can meet most customers' processing requirements. Cutting punching bending three working units are all equipped with ruler to measure size of busbar processing.
Three Working Units:
1, The cutting
The cutting unit adopts frustrated shearing blades
2, The punching
The punching unit adopts an united turnplate with six molds. No need to change mold frequently.
This constructure can provide concentricity of mold. The upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the center.
3, The bending
The bending unit adopts 17'' touching color screen. Only input parameters of copper busbars can get required bending angle automatically.
