This machine is combined by Cutting Punching and Bending units. Three sections can do processing at the same period.
The cutting unit can do shearing with a closed vertical double volumn constructure. The shearing effect is perfect with no waste and no burrs.
The punnching unit is designed with a rotating contructure with good view, only need to turn this turret can proceed punching work. This turret has six molds position, no need to change punching dies with high frequency. It saves processing time and reduce the error caused by exchanging dies.
The Bending unit shapes the busbar material into the required bends or angles. It uses specialized bending dies that are precisely positioned and controlled to ensure that the desired bends are achieved. The automatic control system help to produce high-quality busbars with a high level of precision and accuracy.
