Automatic 3 in 1 busbar processing machine is a combined busbar processing equipment. It mainly have three functions: shearing, punching and bending. These processing sections can do work independently with no bothering each other. Every section is setted rulers. It is very convenient to measure processing position. In the punching section there are three methods to positioning required position of the punching. The bending section is equipped with positioning block to make copper busbar fixed on the table. Then input data of busbar to touching screen, can get the processing result.
The machine has two methods of footswitch and manual button to control processing progress, very convenient to operate.
The machine is equipped with multiple safe configurations to respond urgency situations, making security risks to reduce the lowest.
The Three Processing Units
1, Cutting Unit
This unit are used to shear copper busbar or aluminum busbar in the limited width and thickness.
2, Punching Unit
This unit are used to punch busbar with different shapes and size. The punching dies can be customized according to customers' requirement.
3, Bending Unit
This unit can bend busbars to different shapes. For example, Z shaped, U shaped as well as twisting. In addtion, we can extand other functions by exchaging molds. Such as, embossing and cable ends pressure. We also provide different customized bending molds based on customers' requests.
