Punching functions
The punching station adopts the six-mode turnplate punching structure, which ensures the upper and lower moulds are absolutely in the centre, improving the working efficiency.
Shearing functions
The shearing/cutting station: the incision interface is flat, with no waste, burrs, or droop.
Bending functions
The bending unit adopts a double work table, achieving a real sense of the three-position working at the same time while working without impacting each other.
By PLC controlled, the bending angle can be CNC and with a storage function, you only need to enter the required bending angle and busbar sizes, and the machine will automatically process.
