Product Introduction
The 3-in-1 CNC busbar machine is capable of processing copper and aluminum busbars of different sizes, with corresponding processing units for easy and quick cutting, punching, drilling, bending, embossing, and flattening.
Feature
1. The three working positions of cutting, punching, and bending can work simultaneously without affecting each other.
2. Made of 45 forging materials, the machine has high hardness, sharpness, wear resistance, and good texture and corrosion resistance, ensuring a longer service life.
3. Equipped with a 7-inch CNC screen that can adjust direction and angle, the machine enables easy operation.
Three Functions
1.Cutting
The working device adopts the file and scissors type, and it is smooth without burrs after cutting. The cutting unit has a positioning stopper to ensure the accuracy.
2. Punching
The punching unit adopts a six-tooth turntable, which can replace the mold, with good sightlines, accurate positioning, and time-saving and labor-saving batch processing.
3. Bending
The bending unit features a double-deck workbench, which provides ample processing space for the other two units. Siemens PCL programmer is also used, which has memory function and supports multi-functional mold customization.
