Three Working Stations
1. CUT
This station adopts a double pillar structure, shearing incision has no collapse and burrs.
2. PUNCH
The punching station is designed a six mold turret, can install six punching dies. No need to exchange mold frequently.
The upper mold and the lower mold are absolutely in the center, improving the punching dies concentricity.
3. BEND
The bending staiton has different bending molds to be selected. Whole bending operation need manual operation to control bending angle. By setting required bending position, can achieve series production.
