1. There must be basic maintenance during use and cannot be allowed to develop, so we should focus on punctual protection and maintenance of the busbar processing machine. Often insist on doing a little, it is more time-saving and labor-saving than finding out and sending it for repair. The moving parts of the busbar processing machine should be kept clean, and oil should be supplied several times a day to ensure the normal operation of each unit. Before starting the machine every day, check the oil level of each pipeline and whether there is any electrical abnormality. If there is any abnormality, please remove it in time and work. Check the liquid level gauge in the fuel tank regularly (every working day), and replenish it in time when the oil is insufficient. The hydraulic oil must use the specified type of anti-wear hydraulic oil.
2. On the other hand, the busbar processing machine is often in the process of overload operation. After the busbar processing machine is used for a long time, it must be allowed to rest for a while. We will check and check the wear and tear of each component and make simple adjustments. Let it go to work and continue to work under high pressure. If the machine has not been used for a long time (more than two weeks), when starting up again, clean and tidy up and lubricate all moving parts. After starting the machine, it needs to run idly for 5-10 minutes, and then work after several times without abnormality. When the busbar processing machine has been used for a long time and cannot reach the operating pressure, please adjust the relief valve. When adjusting, loosen the lock nut and turn the bolt clockwise to increase the pressure, and vice versa. Press the back button to the top dead center position, press continuously, and see that the pointer of the pressure gauge is around 25MPa (the punching and shearing pressure is 28MPa, and the bending pressure is adjusted to 16-20MPa according to the rear row), and the test can be achieved to work normally. When working, tighten the lock nut.
3. Another point is that workers are prohibited from initially operating at will without reading the instruction manual. Wrong operation methods have caused hidden dangers to both the busbar processing machine and the operator. Buyers must conduct in-depth counseling on the situation, and do every detail well, so that the service life of the busbar processing machine is longer and the application situation is better.
3. The working stroke of the tooling die of each processing unit has a large adjustment range and is easy to adjust. It can be adjusted in time according to different busbar specifications, processing technology and operating habits, which can effectively reduce labor intensity and ensure processing quality.
