For this busbar machine, the maximum busbar processing capacity is 12mm X 200mm. That can meet most of custmers' requirements. If your processing size will be larger than this, tell us please. Three Working Sections
1. CUT
Cutting station with double column instruction can shear without scrap, the sheared interface is smmoth and no burrs.
Equipped feeder rack help to put long busbar into shearing postition and save power.
2. PUNCH
Punching section with six mold turnplate can switch required punching dies easily and no need to exchange punching dies frequently.
This structure can ensure the upper mold and the lower mold of punching dies be absolutely in the certer. The punching hole will be more exact.
New equipped feeder rack can punch long busbar easily.
3. BEND
Bending section has closed bending structure can bend various busbar shape according to customers' requirements.
Only need to input related technical data in the touching screen.
Also support customize different bending molds based on customers' request.
