The automatic hydraulic busbar processing machine has three types of maximum processing capacity: 12mm x 160mm, 16mm x 250mm and 20mm x 300mm. Usually, 16mm x 250mm is most of customers' selection. The busbar machine has three working units. The three units can do work at the same time. This machine is equipped with a automatic control system. This system can bend copper busbars by only inputting relative data in color touch screen. Every working units all have corresponding positioning tool and scale and make the processing accuracy.
Three Working Sections
1, Cutting
The cutting section is equipped with a double column structure to make shearing no collapse with a uniform pressure.
2, Punching
The punching section is equipped with a six-mode turnplate, can punch with a good view and easy to exchange the punching dies.
No need to change molds frequently and redure the error in the exchanging of punching dies.
3, Bending
The bending section is equipped with a color touch screen. This system make bending processing with a high precision.
Bending mold is supported personalization.
