Function Features
1.Bending function:
High-precision servo motor drive is adopted to support bending processing with different radii. By adjusting the template, the needs of busbars of different sizes can be met. The mechanical structure is stable and the bending accuracy is high.
2.Shearing function:
The high-strength Cr12Mov tool steel shearing blade can easily cut copper and aluminum busbars of various thicknesses, ensuring the flatness and burr-free cutting surface. The shearing action is fast, which reduces the production cycle.
3.Punching function:
The tower tray design equipped with six punching dies can quickly replace different dies, which is suitable for punching processing of busbars of various specifications. High precision, accurate punching position, and can reduce die change time and improve production efficiency.
