Three Processing Units
1. CUT
The cut section adopts a double pillar structure, the cutting pressure can be transferred to shearing blades.
By the frustrated shearing blades, the busbar can be sheared without collapse and scrap.
2. PUNCH
The punch section adopt a six-mold turret, can easily operate punching and reduce the times of exchanging punching dies.
3. BEND
In the bend section, there are different kinds of bending molds can be selected.
These molds can meet different bending requirements of busbar.
Automatic Control System
The busbar machine installed SIEMENS control system, the system can bends the required angle by inputing the data of thickness and required angle of busbar.
