The 3 In 1 busbar processing machine adopts durable accessories. The main constructions adopt 2.75mm thick wall steel pipe, longthening service life. Three work stations adopt #45 forged material, high hardness and strong corrosion resistance. The punching dies and cutting baldes adopt Cr12Mov materials add toughness and wear resistance compared to Cr12 material. The automatic power-off function help user saving the power. After a period stopping work, the machine will be off automatically. Automatic control system can guarantee high processing precision and achieve series production with high standard.
Processing Units
1. CUT
Two column shearing structure, can shear busbar with no collapes feet and waste.
2. PUNCH
Two axis positioning, and auxiliary laser pointer and positioning pins can make punching center in the required position.
3. BEND
By multiple bending molds, the user can bend required shape. The bending precision of the angle can be controlled in the +-0.03 degree.
Control System
This system can bend required angle by inputting the data of thickness and required angle of busbar.
It will automatically bend the busbar and return back to its ariginal position without any addtional operation.
