Three Functions
1. Bending Unit
The bending unit is integrated on the machine table, which is convenient for workers to operate. At the same time, the hexagonal workbench design improves stability and flexibility. The equipped positioning slide ensures precise positioning and efficient operation during the processing.
The installation of positioning sliders effectively prevents the problem of oil leakage from the cylinder after long-term use. When bending a narrow copper bar, make sure it is perpendicular to the bending cylinder to ensure correct operation and use of the bending tool.
2.Cutting Unit
The shearing unit places the copper busbar in the exact center of the cutting device to ensure cutting accuracy. The copper busbar surface after shearing is smooth without burrs and other defects, meeting high-quality processing requirements.
3.Punching Unit
The punching unit is suitable for making holes in copper and aluminum up to a maximum thickness of 5/8". Punches from 6 mm to 21 mm in diameter are available in 1 mm increments and custom dies can be made to order.
