Three Sections
1. CUT
The cut section adopts double pillar structure with frustrated shear knife, the shearing incision is flat, no burrs and collapse.
2. PUNCH
The punch section is equipped with all-in-one turret with six mold position, no need to change molds frequently.
One-click changing punching dies function will save labor and efficiency of switching molds.
The punching dies adopts Cr12Mov materials, will provide service time of molds.
MOTI punching dies have one year of warranty.
3. BEND
In bend section, The SIEMENS controller will help operator bend busbar automatically.
Only need to input relevant parameters of busbar, the bending molds can run bending process.
Various bending shapes and size are processed. If have different unusual bending requirements, MOTI can provide customization.
