Processing Units
1, Cutting
The cutting unit adopts a vertical construction that is fixed by two screws and nuts and run by hydraulic power.
The shearing blades made with CrMov12 material can keep long using time and make shearing no collapse.
2, Punching
The punching unit is equipped with a turnable turret with independent research and development, making the upper part and the lower part of punching dies are exactly in the same center. Punching will be more precise.
3, Bending
The bending unit adopt closed bending structure, can bend Z, L, U shapes and so on. Horizontal bend and twisting and embossing can be achieved.
