Introduction to the main functions of MOTI busbar processing machine.
1. Bending Unit.
The bending function of the machine is controlled by the SIEMENS CNC system. We only need to enter the width and
thickness of the copper bar on the CNC screen, and then select the shape and angle to be bent to achieve the
processing effect you need.
The operation of the machine is very simple and it only takes 1-2 days to master it.
By changing different bending molds, the machine can bend different shapes such as U-shaped bends, embossing,
vertical bends, flat bends, twists, etc.
2. Punching Unit.
For the punching unit of the machine, usually, we will provide customers with 8 sets of punching dies (round, oval) for free.
If you need punching holes in other shapes (such as rectangular, T-shaped), our engineers can also customize it
according to your requirements.
3. Cutting Unit.
After three months of adjustments to the shearing function of the MOTI busbar processing machine, we overcame
the problem of burrs appearing on the copper bars after shearing.
By polishing the upper and lower shear blades with high precision and adjusting the appropriate distance during
installation, our machine's current shearing work is perfect, ensuring that the copper row has no burrs or waste after shearing.
The cutting surface is smooth and beautiful.
