1. MOTI 3 in 1 Busbar Machine:
Bending Section: The bending function is easy to operate, reinforced, durable, and convenient for loading and unloading.

2. Punching Section

-2. The punches of the punching die are made of 12 molybdenum and vanadium through high-temperature quenching materials, which are sturdy and durable.
Three types of Punching positioning, the punching unit is equipped with a bidirectional gear ruler positioning to make punching more precise; in addition to laser light positioning (magnetic suction cup type), positioning pin positioning, sample punch positioning and other positioning methods can save punching time.
Shear/cut unit
1. The shearing station adopts a double-column shearing structure, the shearing force is greater, and burrs are not easy to appear.
2. The cutting unit adopts the universal double-knife type cutting, the cutting edge is flat and there is no burr.
Safety Points
1. Independent motor: 3 stations operate at the same time, avoiding motor damage caused by overload.
2. Power-off protection: real-time monitoring of machine operation, automatic power-off protection of motors and other important components.
3. Durability: The electronic components of Siemens, Schneider and other big brands are durable and avoid the ageing of the circuit and causing a short circuit.
4: Safety protective cover: to prevent the machine from hurting fingers or other objects during the operation of the machine.
5: Urgent stop: in case of an emergency, stop immediately.
