Function details
1. Our bending function adopts a closed bending structure, which makes it more uniform in processing flat bending and embossing, greatly improving the repeated positioning accuracy during mass production.
2. The punching station is a six-position turntable (we can also custom other types), which does not require mould replacement, reducing the occurrence of misoperations caused by frequent mould replacement and reducing the rate of mould damage, ensuring absolute alignment between the upper and lower moulds, improving the concentricity of the mold, and greatly improving its service life.
3. The shearing/Cut station adopts a double-column shearing structure, with a flat cross-section, no waste, and no burrs.

Mainly used for processing various types of copper and aluminium bars
such as high and low-voltage switchgear, substations, transformers, electrical switches, chassis cabinets,
large bus ducts, etc.
