CNC Busbar Processing Machinery for the busbar fabrication
It has three sections and double-decker working tables: Punching, shearing/Cutting and bending and the three units can work simultaneously. This machine is mainly used for processing copper and aluminium bus bars etc mental.
Punching, shearing and bending and the three units can work at the same time. This will largely improve work efficiency.
Punching unit:
1. Three ways to achieve positioning: positioning ruler, positioning needle and laser positioning.
2. This station adopts a united six-mode plate in tooth shape. Save the time that changing dies, and it improves the working efficiency.
Sharing/cutting function
Shearing unit: the positioning ruler determines the length which guarantees processing accuracy and the cutting operation is easy.
The finished workpiece has a smooth surface, no burrs, no sagging and no waste.
Bending functions
1. Adopts a closed bending structure, which makes it more uniform during processing horizontal bending and embossing.
2. With SIEMENS Control System, improves repeat positioning accuracy in mass production.
3. Different bending moulds or tools can be installed according to clients' requirements.
