1. CUT
The Two Column shearing structure make busbar without burrs and scrap.
2. PUNCH
The punch unit adopts turnable turret with six mold position, making punching dies with a high concentricity. The punching will be more accurate than a troditional punching structure.
3. BEND
The bending unit is consigurated automatic bending positioning tool. Servo control system provide powerful automation.
This will improve efficiency of series production largely.
