The machine adopts a combined construction to process busbar. Cut, Punch, Bend sections are well designed in the machine. SIEMENS control system is the main part of the machine. Automatic operation save much more time and power than traditional manual type. The machine desk is treated with electroplating process and flange process to avoid rust. As consumables, the punching dies and cutting dies adopt Cr12Mov steel which is durable and not easy to rust. This longthen whole life of the machine. No need to exchange molds frequently.

Three Sections Of Machine
1, CUT
The cut unit is made of double column shear structure, the shearing is clean and no scrap.
2, PUNCH
The punch unit adopts turret turnplate type, it can put 6 molds at once, improving efficiency.
In the punch section, three punching positioning methods can be selected.
1 Coodinate positioning
2 Laser positioning
3 Punching pin position
3, BEND
In bend unit, this section has two type to select: closed type and open type.
Special design for easy bending operation, mill and deep mark the graduated measuring and angles, difficult to erase.
The open type is as follows.
