CUT section can finished shearing and cutting of copper and aluminum busbars.
Max. shearing capacity is thickness x width (12mm x 160mm) for busbars.
2, Punching
PUNCH section can do punching and drilling for copper busbars as well as aluminum busbars.
The max. punching capacity is thickness x width (12mm x 160mm).
We support customization service of punching dies from Ø4.3mm to Ø25mm.
3, Bending
BEND section can bend different shapes for copper busbars. A touch screen can calculate required bending angle and bending position automatically. Only need to input busbar parameters and put copper busbar into bending mold installed in advance.
