Before operation
1. The fuel tank must be filled with oil before starting the machine for the first time to avoid damage to the fuel pump.
2. You must read this instruction manual carefully and be familiar with the structure, performance and operation method of the machine.
3. Do not wear a scarf or a coat.
4. Work in the correct way to stop and get out of danger as soon as possible in the event of a breakdown.
5. If the ambient temperature is lower than 0°C, it should be turned on for a few minutes before working.
in operation
1. Installation, debugging (matching the mold, adjusting the blade gap) or dismantling the mold must be carried out by personnel familiar with the machine in accordance with the prescribed procedures.
2. When the machine is working normally, do not put your hand or part of your body between the upper and lower molds (blade) to avoid accidents.
3. All sundries and tools should not be placed on the workbench to avoid accidents caused by rolling into the mold or knife edge.
4. Since the machine can be operated by many people, there must be a special person responsible for directing the production.
5. Be sure to select the gap between the shearing blade and the die and the radius of the bending fillet according to the thickness of the copper bar (or aluminum bar).
6. Be sure to stop the machine when changing the mold to avoid danger.
7. During operation, be careful when holding the workpiece and waiting for the slider to go down.
8. The sharpness of the blade and the die edge should be checked regularly. If the edge is found to be dull, it should be reground or replaced in time.
9. Keep the oil clean and the oil circuit unblocked, and add lubricating oil to the moving parts of each unit every shift.
10. The electrical and hydraulic components must ensure flexible movement and correct position. When abnormal phenomena are found, they must be stopped immediately for inspection.
after operation
After the operation, be sure to shut down safely in the following order:
(1) Turn off the working buttons of each unit.
(2) Turn off the power switch on the operation panel.
(3) Turn off the main circuit air switch.
(4) Turn off the workshop power switch
