1. The machine is equipped with three processing units of punching, shearing and folding. The punching, shearing and folding of the busbar can be carried out separately or simultaneously by manual or foot switch. The use of this machine has high production efficiency and is easy to use.
2. The working stroke of each processing unit can be easily adjusted, reducing processing time and increasing production efficiency. Various processing functions can also be achieved by changing the mold, such as punching long round holes, folding vertical bending, folding flat bending, embossing and flattening.
3. The bending unit is a closed structure and adopts a horizontal processing method to strengthen the structural strength of the bending unit. By replacing the bending die, the flat bending, vertical bending, embossing and flattening of the workpiece can be completed; for the bending of busbars of different thicknesses, the stroke distance is controlled by adjusting the induction switch of the working cylinder, and the displacement stroke counter corresponds to different numbers. The corresponding bending angle can be completed.
4. The punching and shearing processing unit adopts the vertical processing method. The machine is equipped with two operation methods: manual button and foot switch. The operation is simple, flexible and convenient to use, and ordinary skilled workers can easily operate.
